Warranty

There is a one-year limited warranty for each Artemis Time Art watch, covering defects in materials and manufacturing. This warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchasing your item. It applies exclusively to Artemis Time Art watches acquired directly from our original sources, including the official webpage, Kickstarter or Indiegogo campaigns, and social media platforms.

Our warranty does not cover the following:

1) Batteries

2) Straps

3) Sapphire crystal

4) Watch case

5) Normal wear and tear

6) Improper use

7) Tampering

8) Theft

9) Loss of any part of the watch

10) Any damage due to water penetration

11) Any damage caused by accident

12) Any damage due to service, repair, or alteration by any party other than the service company authorised by Artemis Time Art Pte. Ltd.
